At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instruction from HC Jagdev Singh, has submitted that the police has prepared the cancellation report in this case.
In this view of the matter, the instant petition become infructuous, which is hereby dismissed as such.
Needless to state that, if the cancellation report is not accepted by the trial Court, then the petitioners would be at liberty to file a fresh petition to
quash the FIR (Annexure P-1).
