The petitioner has approached this Court under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail in complaint case No.417/1 of 19.07.2003, under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 442, 447, 506, 49 read with Section 120 of the Indian Penal Code, titled as 'Amar Singh Vs. Jarnail Singh and others', pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana.
As per the office report, respondent No.1 refused to accept the notice on the ground that the documents attached therewith were incomplete. In the circumstances, respondent No.1 is proceeded against ex parte.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the
petitioner has appeared before the learned trial Court and furnished his bail bonds.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 20.09.2012, is made absolute, subject to the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed.
