Vide this order, I intend to dispose of two petitions, bearing

Crl.M.No. M- 27597 of 2012 -2-

Crl.M.No. M-27597 of 2012 titled as Sattu @ Satnam Singh vs. State of Haryana and Crl.M.No. M-27985 of 2012 titled as Ashok Dhand vs. State of Haryana, as both these cases have arisen out of the same FIR.

Crl.M.No. 67322 of 2012 in Crl.M.No. M-27597 of 2012 has been filed for placing on record the Medical report/opinion dated 6.11.2011 Annexure P-3. The application stands allowed. Document Annexure P-3 is taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

As per allegation of the prosecution, applicant Sattu @ Satnam Singh give injury on the head of Partap Singh whereas, co-accused Ashok Dhand gave injury with iron rod on the head of Partap Singh. Both the applicants are stated to have been arrested on 13.11.2011. There is one corresponding injury on the head of Partap Singh, whereas two persons have been attributed injury on the head.

The accused are in custody for the last about one year. The trial is not likely to be concluded at an early date.

So, without commenting on the merits of the case, application of both the applicants – Sattu @ Satnam Singh and Ashok Dhand, stands accepted. Bail is granted to both the applicants to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
