As per allegations of the prosecution, 400 gm of Dextropropoxyphene Powder was recovered from the petitioner, without any license or permit.
The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 22.03.2012. The other co-accused Vijay Kumar has already been allowed the concession of bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, vide order dated 09.05.2012. The trial is not likely to be concluded at an early date.
