Learned Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is entitled to the remissions as per the orders Annexures P-1, P-2 and P-3 passed by this Court in various criminal writ petitions. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further prays that he will move an appropriate application along with relevant judgments.
If such an application is filed along with the relevant judgments, then the appropriate order will be passed by the competent authority in accordance with the settled law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
