The present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.15, dated 18.7.1008, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and under Section 13(1) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Amritsar, District Amritsar.
It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that he would seek appropriate legal remedy from learned trial Court and hence, he does not want to proceed further with this petition and the same may be dismissed as such.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
