Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Dalbir Singh who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 323, 336, 506, 148 read with Section 149, IPC, and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station, Kheri Gandian, District Patiala.
At the very out set, learned counsel for the State,

on instructions, from Assistant Sub Inspector Joginder Singh, Police Station, Kheri Gandian, District Patiala, submits that in compliance of the order dated 16.08.2012, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for any other purpose.
In view of the above, the order dated 16.08.2012 passed by this court granting ad-interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute.
The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and remain abide by the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
