Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Amrik Singh who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 420, IPC.
At the very out set, earned counsel for the State, on instructions from Sub Inspector Gurmit Singh, Police Station Taragarh, District Pathankot, submits that in

compliance of the order dated 23.08.2012, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for any other purpose.
In view of the above, the order dated 23.08.2012 passed by this court granting ad-interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute.
The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and remain abide by the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
