Kalan, District Gurdaspur, submits that in compliance of the order dated 21.08.2012, the petitioners have joined the investigation and no more required for any other purpose.
In view of the above, the order dated 21.08.2012 passed by this court granting ad-interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made absolute.
The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and remain abide by the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
