On the instructions of HC Rajesh Kumar, learned State counsel informs that the petitioners have joined the investigation. Taking into consideration the fact that all the offences are bailable except for offences u/s 452 & 506 IPC, the petitioners can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail as no grievous injury is attributed to them.
The petition is allowed and interim order dated 8.8.2012 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
