This is a second petition for bail, first having been dismissed by a Co-ordinate bench of this court on 5.1.2012.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of fresh circumstance that the material witnesses having turned hostile, a fresh cause has arisen for seeking the concession of regular bail.
Disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial court for the concession of regular bail on the basis of the alleged changed circumstance. The trial court will be at liberty to consider the subsequent event and decide the application irrespective of the earlier orders passed by this court.
