Vide impugned order dated January 11, 2010, the trial Court has fixed interim maintenance for the respondent at the rate of Rs.1000/- per month for respondent No.1, Rs.750/- and Rs.500/- per month for respondents No.3 and 4.
While granting interim maintenance, the trial Court has taken into consideration the status of the petitioner as Army personnel drawing a salary of Rs.1000/- per month.

The amount awarded as interim maintenance appears to be bare minimum for survival. No ground is made to interfere in the revision petition.
Dismissed.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready to resume cohabitation with respondent No.1.
It will be open to the trial Court to make an attempt for reconciliation if an application to that effect is filed by the petitioner before said Court..
