Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted the concession of interim bail vide order dated 08.08.2012 on the ground that he remained in custody for about 7 months and was granted regular bail. He has placed on record the certified copy of order dated 17.08.2012 passed by the trial Court and has submitted that now offence under Section 313 IPC has been added.
So, the order dated 08.08.2012 passed by this Court,
is made absolute.
