As per allegation of the prosecution, 2 kgs 225 grams of opium was recovered from the petitioner without any licence or permit. He is a habitual offender.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Shish Ram, has stated at the Bar that prosecution has closed the evidence.
So, no ground for grant of bail is made out.
Consequently, the petition stands dismissed.
