As per allegations of the prosecution, petitioner along with other persons has snatched the purse of complainant containing `10,000/- in cash, two gold karras, two diamond rings ladies, one gold mangal sutra, one mobile phone, one key and one gold chain. One karra and diamond ring have been stated to be recovered from the petitioner.
The petitioner is also accused in another case. The incidents of chain snatching and purse snatching are increasing at an alarming speed.

At this stage, when this Court is not inclined to accept the bail petition, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
