At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, taken in this petition, before the court below at an appropriate stage.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
In case the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial court within 07 days after passing of this order and moves an application for grant of bail, the same shall be considered and decided within two days.
