The present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.292, dated 4.8.2010, under Sections 302/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Rohtak, District Rohtak.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the whole record carefully.
This is second application for bail filed by petitioner-accused. His earlier bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 6.1.2012 when trial Court was directed to decide the case expeditiously by giving short adjournments. Progress report of the case has been received from trial Court which shows that case is being taken up on priority basis by giving short adjournments and presence of main witnesses is sought to be secured by way of warrants.

Hence, no case for release of petitioner-accused on bail is made out, at this stage. The present petition is dismissed being devoid of any merit.
