The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438
Cr.P.C., seeking pre-arrest bail in the case arising out of FIR No.50 dated 17.05.2012
under Section 457/380 IPC registered at Police Station Dera Baba Nanak.
Notice of motion was issued.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that during the pendency of this petition, since the petitioner has been arrested in some other FIR, the present petition has been rendered infructous and may be disposed of
as such.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is ordered to be disposed of as having been rendered infructous.
