The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners under
Section 482 Cr.P.C., invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court, for quashing of Criminal Complaint No.119 dated 28.02.2011 under Sections 499, 500, 504, 506, 120-B, 383, 384 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, submits that since during the pendency of the petition, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, the instant petition has become infructuous. He seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for
the petitioners, the instant petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
