Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jaibir, submits that the police has already registered a separate case under Sections 147, 323, 325, IPC read with Section 149, IPC under the same FIR, on the basis of the version presented by the petitioners.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.
Allowed as prayed for.
