Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners No.1 to 5 have been declared innocent and as such, he wishes to withdraw the present petition for grant of anticipatory bail qua them.
Consequently, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioners No.1 to 5.
So far as petitioner No.6-Vikas @ Vicky is concerned, as per allegations of the prosecution, an amount of `15 lacs was withdrawn from the joint account and land measuring 3- ½ kanals and one plot were also transferred by him.

The gravity of offence does not make out a case for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner NO.6.
Consequently, the petition qua petitioner No.6-Vikas @
