This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.115 dated 12.4.2012 under Sections 323/324/427/506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 10, Gurgaon (Haryana).
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that all the offences are bailaible, only offence under Section 506 IPC has been subsequently declared as non-bailable.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
A Coordination Bench of this court, while issuing notice of motion on 15.6.2012 directed that in the event of arrest, petitioner would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR.
On instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Surjit Singh, learned State counsel informs that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 15.6.2012 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Petition disposed of accordingly.
