This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.45 dated 25.3.2012 registered under Sections 392/34 IPC, at Police Station Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have already been granted bail by the learned trial Court under Section 167(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, therefore, he wants to withdraw this petition.
