This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.185 dated 7.6.2010 registered under Sections 302/307/353/186/323/148/149 IPC, Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act and Sections 135/135-A of the R.P. Act, at Police Station Punhana, District Mewat.
Learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from SI Fazlu Din, states that out of 88 witnesses, 84 witnesses have been examined and today the case is fixed before the trial Court for prosecution evidence.
Keeping in view the fact that substantial part of the witnesses has been examined only four witnesses remain to be examined, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition at this stage.
Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. However, learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
