Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part on the police authorities, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure ('Cr.P.C.'), invoking its inherent jurisdiction seeking direction against the official respondents to consider the complaints dated 26.4.2012 and 28.4.2012 (Annexure P-2 and Annexure P-3), submitted by the petitioner before the respondent No.2 and respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been running from pillar to post but his grievance has not been redressed by the official respondents. Having been left with no other option, petitioner moved a self contained representation dated 28.4.2012 (Annexure P-3), before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur-respondent No.2, but no action thereon has been taken so far.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur-respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation and pass an appropriate order thereon.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and to secure the ends of justice, Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrurrespondent No.2 is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner, which prima facie seems to be genuine, raised vide his self contained representation dated 28.4.2012 (Annexure P-3), dispassionately and expeditiously passing an appropriate order thereon, in accordance with law.
