Om Parkash and others under Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 read with Sections 323, 506, 34 IPC pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amritsar.
