After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record, with their valuable assistance, considering the entire matter deeply and without expressing any opinion on the merits, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, S.B.S. Nagar (respondent No.2), to decide the representation (Annexure P-2), filed by the petitioners and to take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
