In view of the reply that the matter is now being investigated by the Crime Branch, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. This Court, in CRM No.M-13413 of 2012 on 13.08.2012, disposed of the matter.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
However, the Investigating Officer shall make an endeavour to complete the investigation within three months from today and send a report to the Registrar General of this Court within two weeks thereafter.
