This is a petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to complete the investigation in case FIR No.26 dated 04.04.2010 registered under Section 436/427/149 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Barnala and file the challan against respondent Nos.6 to 15.
Contends that the FIR, in question, was registered on 04.04.2010. However, till date, no challan has been filed.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Agency to complete the investigation, if not already completed, and submit its final report as expeditiously as possible preferably within two months from the receipt of a copy of this Order.
