Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that the present petition suffers from very many basic defects, which need to be removed. Thus, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
