Learned counsel for the respondent submits that, during the pendency of the petition, petitioners have been convicted, vide judgment dated 23.1.2012 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gurgaon. He placed on record a photocopy of the above said judgment.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in view of the judgment of conviction rendered by the learned trial court, let the present petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the respondent and without prejudice to the rights of the parties, the instant petition is ordered to be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
