The petitioner seeks direction to the respondent authorities,
by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset,
submits that the instant petition suffers from some basic defects which
need to be rectified and seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the
present petitioner with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for
the petitioner, the instant petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn,
with liberty as prayed for.
