Petitioner is granted nine months’ time to vacate the demised premises and to handover peaceful vacant actual possession of the demised shop to landlord, subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall within two month from today pay/deposit all arrears of rent/mesne profits, if any, and shall continue to pay/deposit the same in advance by 15th of every month and shall on or before 15.06.2012 file undertaking to this effect by way of affidavit before the concerned Rent Controller.
