Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing at length and after seeking instructions from petitioner No.3 who is stated to be present in Court, seeks permission to withdraw the instant revision petition with prayer that petitioners be granted reasonable time to vacate the demised shop. Counsel for respondent No.1-caveator has no objection to grant of reasonable time to the petitioners to vacate the demised shop.

Petitioners are granted nine months’ time to vacate the demised premises and to handover peaceful vacant actual possession of the demised shop to respondent No.1, subject to the conditions that the petitioners shall within two month from today pay/deposit all arrears of rent/mesne profits, if any, and shall continue to pay/deposit the same in advance by 15^th of every month and shall on or before 15.06.2012 file undertaking to this effect by way of affidavit before the concerned Rent Controller.
