The revision relates to the assessment of interim maintenance of ` 10,000/- for the wife. Although the revisionpetitioner-husband contended that the wife was otherwise well provided for, she has brought evidence to the effect that she is merely a student studying MBA and she is not otherwise gainfully employed anywhere. The assessment of maintenance cannot therefore be subjected to any reappraisal before this Court. The order is confirmed and the revision petition is dismissed.
