Learned counsel for the petitioner has approached this court raising a grouse that though at the time of filing of the appeal before the Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar, vide order dated 28.3.2012, notice was issued for 11.4.2012 and stay was granted till the next date of hearing. Thereafter, on account of non-availability of the Commissioner, the appeal was not heard and even the stay was not extended.
Notice in the petition was issued to the State of Haryana. Learned State counsel submitted that the additional charge of Hisar Division has been given to the Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak. Now the appeal is fixed for arguments on 16.5.2012.
Considering the aforesaid facts, no further orders are required to be passed by this court.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
