On the preceding date of hearing, counsel for the petitionertenant prayed for 1-1/2 years time to vacate the demised property and to hand over the possession thereof to the respondent-landlord.
Counsel for the respondent-landlord states that the petitionertenant may be given one year time to do so. Counsel for the petitioner after having sought telephonic instructions from petitioner's son Gopal Rastogi is agreeable to the same and seeks permission to withdraw the instant revision petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
