Counsel for the respondents states that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous because possession of the demised property has already been delivered by the respondent-tenant to petitionerslandlords.
Counsel for the petitioners states that possession of the demised property has been delivered to the petitioners-landlords on 19.4.2012 by Star Facilities Management Ltd. to whom the respondent-tenant had given possession but the petitioners are still entitled to arrears of rent.
In view of the aforesaid, the revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous without prejudice to the rights of the

tenant in accordance with law.
