(1). The respondents have placed on record the order dated 09.01.2012 whereby the Pay and Accounts Officer, Central Pension Accounting Office, Ministry of Finance, Government of India has been asked to issue revised PPO in favour of the petitioner.
(2). In this view of the matter, this contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the said Pay and Accounts Officer, Central Pension Accounting Office to do the needful and release the revised pension to the petitioner from the due date, as early as possible but not later than two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of this contempt petition at the cost of the respondent.
