(1). In view of the averments made in para 3 of the reply/affidavit filed by the Secretary of the Subordinate Services Selection Board to the effect that only petitioner No.2 could make it to the merit and she has already been appointed whereas petitioners No.1 & 3 did not figure in the merit list, no further action is required to be taken in this contempt petition which is accordingly disposed of with liberty to petitioners No.1 & 3 to agitate their claim before an appropriate forum, if so advised.
