(1). In view of the averments made in the reply/affidavit dated 27.01.2012, this contempt petition is disposed of with a clarificatory direction to the respondents to release the monetary benefits to which the petitioner is entitled to in terms of the order dated 16.12.2008. As regards the claim put forth by the petitioner vide Annexure RII, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and if found entitled, to grant the due benefits to him in accordance with the Government policy (Annexure RIII).
