(1). This order shall dispose of COCP Nos.2710, 2727, 2755, 2772, 2773, 2808, 2854, 2899, 2900, 2927, 2930, 2954, 2956, 2964, 2967, 2968, 2969, 2970, 2973, 2981, 2982, 2984, 2986, 2990, 2993, 2994, 2995, 3017, 3049, 3084 & 3151 of 2011 as the petitioners in all these cases allege non-compliance of the order dated 06.10.2010 passed by this Court in different RFAs filed by the petitioners on the same cause of action. (2). Show cause notice(s) was/were issued and pursuant thereto, Mr. Raman Gaur, Advocate representing HUDA, on the basis of the written instructions received from the Land Acquisition Officer, Urban Estate, Faridabad vide letter dated 11.02.2012, states that the HUDA has deposited the due amount with the Land Acquisition Collector in all the cases except in COCP Nos.2968, 2808 & 3084 of 2011. (3). Learned State counsel states that the Land Acquisition Collector is already in the process of depositing the said amount in the respective bank accounts of the owners. He states that given 15 days’ time, the needful shall be done. (4). As regards the above-mentioned three cases, Mr. Gaur states that the due amount could not be released for want of particulars of the landowners which have since been received by him and payments in these cases shall also be deposited with the Land Acquisition Officer within one week.
