The petitioner alleges willful disobedience of the order dated 14.1.2011 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dhuri, which is based upon the statement and the compromise arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent who are real brothers.
In my considered view, the trial court must have drawn a decree on the basis of the subject judgment and if that is so, the petitioner will be well within his right to seek its execution in accordance with law.
With liberty aforementioned, the contempt petition is disposed
of.
