In compliance to the order dated 8.4.2010, the respondents have passed a speaking order dated 12.3.2012, a copy whereof is taken on record.
In this view of the matter, there is no need to continue with these contempt proceedings which are accordingly dropped. The contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to impugn the speaking order before an appropriate forum, if so advised.
