As per the speaking order dated 3.9.2010, seniority has been assigned to the petitioner over and above HC Ram Singh No.1060/FBD.
In this view of the matter there is no necessity to continue with these contempt proceedings which are accordingly dropped. Let the consequential benefits, if any admissible to the petitioner based upon his seniority, be granted within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
The contempt petition stands disposed of.
