Respondent No.2 has filed in Court the reply-affidavit alongwith a copy of the speaking order dated 13/17.2.2012 whereby unsuitable SPOs have been asked to join in Punjab Home Guards as Home Volunteers.
In this view of the matter there is no necessity to continue with these contempt proceedings which are accordingly dropped. The contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to impugn the speaking order before an appropriate forum, if so advised.
