Learned State counsel has placed on record a copy of the Government Circular dated 21.2.2012 implementing the decision of this Court dated 1.7.2009 in CWP No.17156 of 2008 (Dr.Jagmohan Singh and others versus State of Punjab and others)
The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of with a clarificatory direction to the respondents that the consequential benefits accruing in favour of the petitioner be released as early as possible but not later than three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
