In the instant appeal, filed on behalf of the State of Haryana, notice of motion was issued vide order dated 18.3.2011. Since then, despite of numerous opportunities, the appellant has failed to serve the respondents. Even today, learned State counsel is unable to submit with regard to compliance of order dated 24.5.2011 passed by this Court. It seems that the State of Haryana is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
In view of the aforesaid, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
