This is tenant’s revision petition challenging the order dated 17.10.2011 of the Rent Controller, Jagraon, whereby provisional rent of the demised premises has been assessed.
The impugned order is appealable in view of judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Harjit Singh Uppal v. Anup Bansal, JT 2011(6) SC 236.
Faced with this situation, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant revision petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy before the Appellate Authority in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid liberty, this petition is ordered to be dismissed.
