Counsel for the petitioners states that on account of the affidavit filed and subsequent development, grievance of the petitioners has been redressed.
Mr.Tulsi very fairly states that the temporary drain now dug out will be closed as and when construction of service road is complete and the underground arrangement to drain out water, will be made. He further submits that on completion of the service road next to the National Highway, the petitioners will have to get permission as is requisite under the relevant rules for ingress and outgress.
In view of fair stand taken by Mr.Tulsi, this writ petition has become infructuous and stands disposed of accordingly.
